These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of markchironna.com (the “Site”) and the programs, content, and services offered by Mark Chironna Ministries (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are
Mark Chironna Ministries publishes books, articles, videos, podcasts, and online programs led by Dr. Mark Chironna, and offers coaching, mentoring, spiritual direction, and speaking engagements. Some programs and products are hosted on third-party platforms (Kajabi, Subsplash, Amazon, Substack, YouTube, Shopify) and are subject to those platforms’ terms as well.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute content from the Site without written permission, except as permitted by fair use or the features provided by the Site (e.g., social sharing links);
- Use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or unlawful material;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
- Scrape, mirror, or systematically download content;
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, photographs, logos, video, audio, book excerpts, teaching notes, and course materials — is owned by or licensed to Mark Chironna Ministries and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. The name “Mark Chironna,” “Mark Chironna Ministries,” “Deep Wells,” “The Legacy Alliance,” “Order of St. Maximus,” “LifeQuest,” and related marks are our trademarks.
You may not use our name, marks, or content to imply endorsement or affiliation without our prior written consent.
4. Programs, Coaching & Purchases
- Program enrollment is offered through third-party platforms (Kajabi, Subsplash). By enrolling, you also accept those platforms’ terms and any program-specific agreements we provide.
- Coaching & spiritual direction are relational, educational, and pastoral in nature. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
- Refunds & cancellations for paid programs are governed by the policy stated on the checkout page for that program. If no policy is stated, contact us and we will respond in good faith.
5. User Submissions
When you submit a question, testimony, prayer request, speaking request, or other communication to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that submission in connection with our ministry (for example, reading a question on a broadcast), unless you tell us otherwise. We will remove identifying details on request where reasonably possible.
6. Third-Party Content & Links
The Site links to and embeds content from third parties (e.g., YouTube, Substack, Amazon, Kajabi). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Following a link to a third-party site is at your own risk.
7. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Teaching content reflects the views of Dr. Chironna and is offered for encouragement, education, and formation — not as professional advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mark Chironna Ministries, its leaders, staff, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site, our programs, or any content. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or our programs shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mark Chironna Ministries and its leaders, staff, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any program, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
